Would each one of those contribute a session? Is it possible to change the 32 session limit in Exchange 2013 (I have read several articles about how to do this <2013 but they didn't necessarily seem applicable to Exchange 2013).
One thought is that I do have a lot of additional mailboxes connected. I have made sure that "Download shared folders" is unchecked in the Cached Mode accounts settings in Outlook. So it seems like I have 32 sessions but generally at that time I only have a smartphone + a couple instances of Outlook. One thing is to note that you cannot select a number of folders. Even if you Create Public Folders it will create as Secondary hierarchy.
Where as a result of that master hierarchy goes disappeared. In this screen you need to select the public folder you need to export. At times in Exchange 2013, If you remove the Public Folder Mailbox which holds the Master hierarchy abruptly, Or deleting Using Adsiedit.msc, It doesn’t get removed properly. Click on Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next. I believe this is related to an error I get in the event log of the Exchange 2013 server.Īpplication Log / MSExchangeIS / ID 9646: "Mapi session /o=COMPANY/ou=first administrative group/cn=Recipients/cn=MyUserName with client type MoMT exceeded the maximum of 32 objects of type Session." Click on the Export to file and click on the Next button. If I leave that up and go close Outlook on another computer, it almost immediately starts to update. If Outlook even opens successfully, I'll usually get "Connected to: Microsoft Exchange" in the status bar but then it will say "This folder last updated." and the folder won't actually update. Since then, I notice that when I have Outlook running 1 or 2 other places and try to open Outlook on a 3rd or 4th device, I usually have problems. To work around this issue, use Outlook Web App, or grant the permission of the shared folder to the account directly.
To resolve this issue, install the following update: Cumulative Update 8 for Exchange Server 2013. "There are more items in this folder on the server.Recently we migrated from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013. Therefore, the store rejects you to access the shared folder. Outlook has also reported the folder is up to date and connected to the server, but then in the Inbox stated. There is also an additional mailbox configured within the Outlook profile. Re-created the Mail Outlook Profile again. Performed an Office 2013 Repair (from Programs and Features) I've re-created the Mail Outlook Profile. while it still reports being connected to Exchange. but then sometimes (not always) when a new email is sent to the email address in question, Outlook will then change the synchronisation status of the inbox to.
